1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the AIX Protocol website ("Site"), interacting with AIX smart contracts
deployed on BNB Smart Chain, or acquiring AIX tokens through any distribution channel, you agree
to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you must cease all use immediately.
"AIX Protocol" refers to the decentralized protocol, associated smart contracts, web interfaces,
documentation, and related services operated under the AIX brand. The protocol is maintained by
the AIX development team and community contributors.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Site or
interact with AIX smart contracts. By using our services, you represent that you meet this requirement.
AIX services are not available to persons or entities located in, organized under, or resident of
jurisdictions where participation in token-based ecosystems or decentralized finance activities is
prohibited or restricted by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your
use of AIX services complies with applicable local regulations.
3. Nature of AIX Token
AIX is a BEP-20 utility token on BNB Smart Chain. It is designed to provide functional access within
the AIX ecosystem, including but not limited to: strategy marketplace subscriptions, AI verification
node staking, governance participation, and compute resource payments.
AIX is not a security, equity, debt instrument, derivative, or investment contract. Holding AIX does
not entitle you to dividends, profit-sharing, interest payments, or any form of guaranteed financial
return. Nothing on this Site constitutes an offer to sell or a solicitation to purchase securities in
any jurisdiction.
4. Token Sale and Vesting
AIX tokens acquired through the public sale are subject to a linear vesting schedule as defined in the
AIXSaleVesting smart contract. Vesting parameters — including cliff period, release duration, and
release mechanics — are enforced on-chain and are not subject to manual override.
By participating in the token sale, you acknowledge that token releases occur gradually over the
specified vesting period and that you will not have full access to your purchased tokens until
the vesting schedule is fully complete.
5. Risks and No Warranties
Blockchain-based systems involve inherent risks including but not limited to: smart contract
vulnerabilities, private key compromise, network congestion, regulatory changes, and market
volatility. The AIX Protocol and all associated services are provided "as is" and "as available"
without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
We do not warrant that the Site or smart contracts will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information provided.
Past or simulated performance of any strategy within the ecosystem does not guarantee future results.
6. User Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your private keys, wallet credentials,
and any devices used to access the AIX ecosystem. We have no ability to recover lost private keys
or reverse blockchain transactions.
You agree not to use AIX services for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, terrorist
financing, sanctions evasion, or any activity that violates applicable law. You must not attempt
to interfere with, disrupt, or exploit the protocol's smart contracts, infrastructure, or other
users' accounts.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, icons, the AIX brand identity, and
software code (excluding open-source components governed by their respective licenses) — is the
property of the AIX development team or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
The AIX smart contracts deployed on BNB Smart Chain are open-source. Specific license terms are
provided in the corresponding source repositories.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the AIX development team, contributors,
affiliates, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special,
consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of tokens, loss of profits, data loss,
or business interruption — arising from your use of or inability to use AIX services.
In no event shall total liability exceed the amount paid by you (if any) for accessing
the specific service giving rise to the claim.
9. Third-Party Services
The Site may contain links to third-party websites, wallets, exchanges, or services. These are
provided for convenience only. We do not endorse, control, or assume responsibility for any
third-party content, products, or services. Your interactions with third parties are governed
by their respective terms and privacy policies.
