information when you visit the Site or interact with the AIX ecosystem. AIX is committed to
minimizing data collection consistent with the principles of decentralization and user sovereignty.
Because AIX operates primarily through smart contracts on BNB Smart Chain, the majority of
interactions are processed on-chain and do not pass through centralized servers controlled by
the AIX team. This policy covers only the data practices of the Site itself.
2. Information We Collect
2.1 Wallet Address
When you connect your wallet to the Site, your public wallet address is read to display account
balances, vesting status, and to facilitate on-chain transactions. Your wallet address is a
pseudonymous blockchain identifier and is not linked to your real-world identity by the AIX team.
2.2 On-Chain Data
Transaction data — including token purchases, vesting claims, and approval operations — is
recorded on BNB Smart Chain, a public blockchain. This data is inherently public and
accessible to anyone. The AIX team does not control or manage this data.
2.3 Technical Data
The Site may automatically collect standard technical data through hosting infrastructure,
including IP addresses, browser type, operating system, referring URLs, and page visit
timestamps. This data is used solely for security monitoring, abuse prevention, and
service reliability.
2.4 Newsletter Subscription
If you voluntarily subscribe to the AIX newsletter, your email address is collected for the
sole purpose of sending ecosystem updates and product announcements. You may unsubscribe
at any time via the link provided in each email.
3. Information We Do Not Collect
The AIX Site does not collect:
- Private keys, seed phrases, or wallet passwords
- Real names, government-issued IDs, or KYC documentation (unless required by future regulatory obligations)
- Biometric data, location data, or device identifiers for tracking purposes
- Financial account details outside of publicly visible blockchain addresses
Wallet signature verification is performed client-side. The signed message is used only to
confirm wallet ownership and is not stored on any server.
4. How We Use Information
Collected data is used exclusively for:
- Displaying your account status, token balances, and vesting information within the Site interface
- Processing your interactions with AIX smart contracts on BNB Smart Chain
- Maintaining the security and availability of the Site
- Analyzing aggregated, anonymized traffic patterns to improve user experience
- Sending ecosystem updates to newsletter subscribers
We do not sell, rent, lease, or trade your personal information to third parties for
marketing purposes.
5. Cookies and Local Storage
The Site uses sessionStorage to maintain your wallet connection state during a
browsing session. This data is automatically cleared when you close your browser tab.
The Site uses localStorage to remember your theme preference (light/dark mode).
This data remains on your device and can be cleared through your browser settings at any time.
The Site does not use third-party tracking cookies, advertising pixels, or cross-site
analytics services.
6. Third-Party Services
The Site interacts with the following external services in the course of normal operation:
- BNB Smart Chain RPC endpoints — for reading blockchain state and submitting transactions
- Web3 wallet providers (MetaMask, Trust Wallet, TokenPocket, etc.) — for wallet connectivity
- Content delivery networks — for serving static website assets
These services are governed by their own privacy policies. We encourage you to review them independently.
7. Data Security
The Site is hosted on secure infrastructure with HTTPS encryption. Smart contract interactions
are signed locally in your wallet before being broadcast to the network. The AIX team does
not have access to your private keys or the ability to execute transactions on your behalf.
While we implement reasonable measures to protect the Site, no internet-based service can
guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for safeguarding your wallet credentials.
8. Data Retention
On-chain data is permanently stored on BNB Smart Chain and cannot be deleted due to the
immutable nature of blockchain technology.
Server-side technical logs (if any) are retained for no more than 90 days before being
purged. Newsletter subscriber data is retained until you unsubscribe.
9. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to request access, correction, or
deletion of personal data held by the AIX team. Due to the decentralized nature of blockchain
technology, on-chain data cannot be modified or erased.

10. Children's Privacy
AIX services are not directed at individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly
collect information from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal data,

with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Site after any changes
